Invoices are issued upon delivery and are payable within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to booking.

All imagery remains the copyright of Lachlan Johnstone Photography. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence for agreed marketing purposes. Images may not be resold, transferred, or materially altered without written consent. Additional licensing can be issued upon request and approval, subject to scope and usage requirements.
